Order Checklist Guide

Order Details - please email your order details to Sales@SupremeColor.com

  • Material. What type of material do you require? If you need suggestions on material type for your order, call us for guidance. We are happy to accomodate you. 
  • Stakes. Do you need stakes for your yard signs? This is a separate item from yard signs, so please make sure you include stakes on your order details, if needed. 
  • Print Sides. Single- or Double-Sided?
  • Quantity. What is your total quantity? Do you have multiple art files? Do you have Side A / Side B art?
  • Finishing. Do you need drill holes, grommets, rounded corners, a custom cut, easelbacks, etc.
  • Proofing. When requesting a proof, note you will receive it in 24-48 hours once the order is paid. Digital proof requests typically will add an extra day to production time. 

Shipping Details*

Please check the shipping address on your P.O. / Order Details to confirm accuracy. Shipping penalty charges are incurred for incorrect addresses for UPS and FedEx. If this happens, you will receive an invoice with a balance for Shipping Address Correction charges. 

  • Local Pick Up. Do you want to pick up your order?
  • Ground Shipping. Would you like for us to ship the order directly to you?
  • Drop-Ship Orders. Does your order require blind-shipping directly to your customer?
  • 3rd Party Shipping. Do you have a FedEx or UPS number that you would prefer us to use?
  • Rush Orders. Call us to receive a quote on expedited shipping. 
  • Orders with Multiple Drop Ship Addresses. If you have more than 2 drop ship addresses, there may be additional charges for packaging and fulfillment. Please inquire by email or phone to receive an estimate. 

*Due to staffing shortages, shipping companies are currently not guaranteeing transit times due to ongoing delays nationwide. We understand that it is important that your customer receives their order in a timely manner. Therefore, when possible, Supreme Color began adding an additional day to transit times. Once your order ships, we have no control over transit times as shipping companies are a separate entity from Supreme Color. We are not liable if your order does not arrive on time.
